I had an interesting stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel. The service was really good. from the friendly front desk staff to the attentive bar team. However, my experience was marred by room issues, including flooding that took far too long to address and a disappointing view that didn't meet my expectations. All in all, there were some highlights, but the negatives have me reconsidering a return trip.
